Great service... My car was sideswiped... hit and run... while parked. It was minor damage... broken drivers side rear view mirror and some paint damage. My insurance company recommended Faulkner. So I called them late in the afternoon on a Thursday. Dropped off car Friday morning. Service manager evaluated damage. Said it would take maybe a week to. to order parts and make repairs. With lifetime guarantee on workmanship and parts... Got my car back in Five days. Looks like new . Mirror (electric with sensors) works great.... In addition to repairs... Coordinating my picking up my car and my car rental drop off was the best part.I dropped off my rental at Faulkner and drove my car home. Didn't have to shuffle cars around or get some one to give me a ride. Everything was worked out between Faulkner. the car rental company and the insurance company. Everything was processed smoothly. They turned a bad experience into a very pleasant one....

Absolutely Amazing customer service. They made everything so easy for me considering I need had to have an insurance claim before. They did fantastic work and detailed the inside as well.

I can give negative stars I would give a -10 has to be one of the worst body shops in the valley i should have known it was going to be a headache when i walked in the first thing i saw to my left first desk was a man sitting at his desk with his socks and shoes of picking on his toes . when i went to pick up my vehicle everything was misaligned nothing looked right gaps all around and paint looked like orange peel when asked to correct it the first time they took the car back and called few hours later to tell me car was ready when i went back car was the same when addressed again about the issues i was given the lame excuse that it meets the tolerance level with gaps and was told they would not extend my rental to correct issue . ended up leaving it there to see if they would adjust the issues again few hours later was called car was ready and was left outside in there parking outside the fence with same issues horrible horrible body shop a disgrace to the faulkner company name pictures will show all flaws that had to be corrected by another body shop

This is a hack shop. They had my car for 4 months. The paint work was poor quality, prep was not done correctly, poor quality used parts, the parts of the vehicle that were not painted were scratched and scuffed up, damaged parts were missed, and to top it off, I was told that since they filled my gas tank, I should be compelled to give them a good review. I believe a good review should be earned by quality work. You will not get that here. I have been restoring and building antique cars and building hot rods for 35 years. This was an insurance job. My insurance company paid them over $22,000, only to have the car declared a total loss after it was completed. Do yourself a favor and look elsewhere.

They do good work but dont stand behind their work. Took my car in for damage on my front bumper which was replace and painted. After 9 months notice that my clear coat was coming off. Took it back and they told me because I had a stone chip that what cause the clear coat to come off. I have two other stones chips on my bumper which the clear coat clearly bonded to the paint. In the photo I circle the stone chip in yellow and the clear coat that is coming off in red.
